  • Lead, manage, and hold the Install team accountable.
  • Complete all outside work orders on time, within the company’s quality specifications, and under budget.
  • Perform, supervise, train, and maintain all outside processes and procedures.
  • Fleet maintenance to include the inspection and maintenance on trucks and equipment.
  • Attendance and/or leading regular meetings as well as communication and coordination with all departments in the company.

  • Company is not cited or fined by any regulatory governmental agency for failure to comply with established mandates and guidelines.

  • Employee continues to perfect, learn, and progress in the sign trade.
  • Employee actively participates with discovering new ideas, alternatives or options for Company growth or cost savings.

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Education Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred: Current Texas Commercial Drivers License

Preferred: Texas Master or Journeyman Sign Electrician License

Preferred: Commercial Driver’s License Class A

Preferred: OSHA 30

Preferred: Five or more years of experience in a construction or installation environment.

Preferred: Five or more years of experience in a sign installation environment.

Other installation or service experience may be considered in lieu of the specific experience listed above.

This position requires negative results for both pre-employment and random drug screenings
