The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to meet the minimum job requirements of this position. 

Required: Current Texas Commercial Drivers License

Preferred: Texas Master or Journeyman Sign Electrician License

Preferred: Commercial Driver’s License Class A

Preferred: Five or more years of experience in a construction or installation environment.

Experience Preferred: Five or more years of experience in a sign installation environment.

Other installation or service experience may be considered in lieu of the specific experience listed above.

This position requires negative results for both pre-employment and random drug screenings 


 Supervisory functions for personnel, including providing duties, training, feedback, and direction.

 Ensure that the team is motivated, engaged, and accountable to their responsibilities.

 Completes all outside work orders on time, within the company’s quality specifications, and under budget.

 Perform, supervise, train, and maintain operational procedures for all outside processes including all outside safety procedures, all installation, service, and crane procedures, and the inspection and maintenance procedures on trucks and equipment.

 Responsible for attendance and/or leading regular meetings as well as communication and coordination with all departments in the company.

 Willing to work any hours or days that may be necessary to complete the assigned work.

Coordinates and implements safety training.

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
